Had an amazing stay with friends, visiting the Bullring Shopping Centre and enjoying a fun 4D cinema experience featuring Freddo and Cadbury characters. The location is super convenient for exploring the city! Just a heads-up, keep in mind that the rooms are basic and could use some updates, but everything else was great for our group getaway.
One downside was the lingering smell in the room, which was pretty unpleasant during our stay.

The hotel location is pretty good, just a short walk from New Street station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, which made mornings easier. The staff at reception were helpful when checking in. the room did feel a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The bathroom needed some attention. there were signs of wear and tear. The shower had a slight issue, but it was manageable. not a bad experience, but there's definitely room for enhancement.

The convenient location near the train station made getting around easy, and the room was clean and modernized, offering a quiet space to relax. the walls were thin, leading to disturbances from the corridors, and the basic amenities left much to be desired, such as the uncomfortable bed. while there were some positive aspects, the experience didn't quite meet expectations.
